The Sports Inquirer attended the presser of Atlanta United defender Brooks Lennon following the team’s 5-1 home win over the Portland Timbers March 18. Topics included the team being undefeated through its first four MLS regular season matches for the first time in franchise history, differences from last season and if this is the strongest the team has looked in the tenure of current manager Gonzalo Pineda.

The Sports Inquirer spoke with Georgia State baseball head coach Brad Stromdahl for an exclusive interview March 17. Topics included the team’s play through the exclusive non-Sun Belt Conference portion of its schedule, using home runs and stolen bases as offensive weapons and the form of players Max Ryerson, JoJo Jackson and Cameron Jones. We also discussed the pitching staff under new coach and former Major League Baseball player Josh Bell, using more than 15 pitchers so far this season and preparing for the Sun Belt opener at home against Troy March 18.
