We caught up with Georgia Tech volleyball player, sophomore middle Lauren Pitz, after practice on Nov. 24. Topics included the team’s losses at Virginia and Virginia Tech the previous weekend, her career-high 12 kills against Virginia on Nov. 20, preparing for two matches on the week of Thanksgiving and future contests against Miami on Nov. 26 and Clemson on Nov. 28. We also discussed the Carmel, Ind. native’s decision to attend Georgia Tech, her major, desire to become a veterinarian, musical background and baking pastries.
