The Sports Inquirer attended the postgame presser of Atlanta Dream guard Sydney Carter after her team’s 84-76 win over the New York Liberty on July 12. She scored a season-high 12 points and dished out a season-high four assists in the victory. Topics included her earning a start in the contest, adjusting to her new role with the Dream and the importance of the victory before the team’s upcoming six-game road trip.
