The Sports Inquirer caught up with Monmouth football head coach Kevin Callahan for an exclusive interview during the Big South Media Day in Atlanta on July 30. Topics included the Hawks’ offseason, expectations for the team, his team’s experience coming down to Atlanta exposing the program to a new part of the country and the growth of Monmouth football from a non-scholarship program to becoming an FCS member during his 23 seasons as head coach.
