The Sports Inquirer attended the presser of Georgia State men’s basketball player Kane Williams March 11 following the team winning the Sun Belt Tournament to qualify for the NCAA Tournament. Topics with the senior guard included the Panthers’ making the NCAAs, reasons for the mid-season turnaround resulting in a current 10-game winning streak, Williams’ five-year journey/tenure at Georgia State, his fellow seniors Corey Allen, Justin Roberts and Eliel Nsoseme and where the program lies in the landscape of college basketball within the state.
