The Sports Inquirer attended the presser of Georgia State football player Marcus Carroll following the team’s 42-35 home win over Rhode Island in its season opener Aug. 31.
The senior running back had a career-high 184 rushing yards and three touchdowns in the victory. Topics included the win, receiving the majority of the carries for the Panthers and how offseason adversity helped the team prepare for the Rams.
