ATLANTA — Georgia State linebacker Joseph Peterson was named to the Preseason All-Sun Belt Conference second team, as selected by the league head coaches and selected media members and announced Monday. The 6-0, 220-pound junior from Dothan, Ala., was an honorable mention All-Sun Belt selection last fall in the Panthers’ first year in the conference.
