The Sports Inquirer spoke with Georgia State football player Dan Ellington following his team’s practice on Sept. 4. The junior college transfer threw for 187 yards and three touchdowns in the Panthers’ 24-20 home win over Kennesaw State in the season opener on Aug. 30 which was also his first Division I game. Topics included his debut with Georgia State, his commitment to the Panthers and preparing to visit North Carolina State on Sept. 8.
