The Sports Inquirer attended the presser of Atlanta Hawks head coach Lloyd Pierce following his team’s first training camp practice on Oct. 1. Topics included the team’s form after the first day, approach to defensive principles, the training of rookies De’Andre Hunter, Bruno Fernando and Cam Reddish as well as Pierce’s experiences on the Team USA coaching staff during this summer’s World Championships.
