The Sports Inquirer spoke with Georgia State volleyball player Džemila Hadžić following her team’s practice on Oct. 9. The junior right side/outside hitter became the first player this season with 100 kills and 100 digs after only compiling 129 kills in her first two years at Georgia State.

Topics with the Bosnian included her strong start to the 2019 campaign, the recruiting process of leaving Bosnia to play college volleyball in the United States, learning English, the adjustment to Atlanta and Georgia State and the team preparing to visit Texas State on Oct. 11.
