The Sports Inquirer spoke with Georgia State football player Jamil Muhammad for an exclusive interview Nov. 16. The sophomore linebacker had a sack and forced fumble on the same play in the Panthers’ 42-40 road win at previously ranked Coastal Carolina Nov. 13.
